Distrito T-Mobile Virtual Tour (PR)

Thanks to our partnership with Miles and Partnership one of the world’s biggest strategic marketing companies focused exclusively on travel and tourism, we had the opportunity to do some mapping projects in Porto Rico for Discover Puerto Rico the tourism board of the island of which M&P manages the marketing.
One of those projects was the satellite renewal which you can learn more about, here.
Another request was to map internally and create the Street View of the businesses of businesses within the Distrito T-Mobile, one of the bigger entertainment destinations of the nation and creates a complete virtual tour of the area.
How we tackled this challenge!
We started with a deep site inspection during the different hours to better understand the customers flows and find the nest moment to have all the businesses ready but not crowded, and then we splitted the shots on several day.
We shooted every place with the state of the art DSLR equipment, to archive the best possible quality, and in the first phase we realized the single virtual tours of each of the 15 business and uploaded them on the related Google Maps card created different area for each businees, as this example.
Once on Google Maps we gathered specific information on each location and we created the virtual tour of the coplex by adding some aerial 360 images captured during the satellite renew capture.
