Historically inhabited by monks until the 19th century, this small island in the northern lagoon of Venice, now undergoing redevelopment by the Veneto Region, was not present on Google Maps, except with poor-quality amateur images.

Furthermore, the paths that crossed were only partially reported on Google Maps while they were a little more present, but always incomplete, on Open Street Maps.

The first intervention was the detection of the path that allows you to skirt the whole island for a length of just 2 km. and subsequently we took over some of the internal paths.

Before and after the capture.

Once the trails were shown on the maps, we created the Street View, using our special TrekPackPro backpack, equipped with the Insta 360 Titan at 11K., to return a high-quality Street View, with the greatest possible detail.

Once the Street View was created, we uploaded it to Google Maps and Mapillary to make it available to the broadest possible audience.
